2 jars of honey : Rose Infused and Stinging Nettle Infused. Both honeys are crystallizing. Crystallized honey can be seen at the bottom of the jars. Rose infused honey has tiny bits of rose petals and rose hips. Stinging Nettle Infused Honey has tiny bits of dried nettle leaves. Crystallization is a natural process.
